Training Days

Regional training days for ACCS trainees are held 10 times a year of which two days will be held at Health Education England, Wessex office in Otterbourne with the remaining eight rotating between the training sites.

These days provide trainees with an opportunity to present cases at a regional level, to receive Consultant teaching and give feedback on the Wessex training scheme.

Pink BracketYou are required to attend 70% of available training sessions. In order to keep a register of attendees, please ensure that you notify the organiser of any apologies as this will be collated by the Health Education England team in order to produce certificates at the end of each training year.

If you have any concerns about training, please ask your Educational Supervisor, Dr Lee Gray lee.gray@poole.mhs.uk or  the Programme Team emergencymedicine.wx@hee.nhs.uk who will try to help.
