Meet the team


Siobhan O’Donnell, LLB, MA, Associate Workforce Transformation Lead

Following previous roles within Health Education England (Wessex), Siobhan is currently working to champion, further develop and support the delivery of quality improvement education and initiatives as part of the Wessex School of Quality Improvement. Part of this includes delivering the education programme for the HEE Wessex individual QI Fellowship programme and ensuring the portfolio of opportunities offered by the School complements the wider system. She also leads for Patient Safety within HEE (Wessex).

Siobhan worked with the Wessex AHSN/Patient Safety Collaborative in 2016 to co-project manage the establishment of the Community of Safety and Improvement Practice. This partnership working continues with an annual joint Safety, Quality and Improvement conference which has been held since 2016.

Siobhan’s academic background includes a degree in law and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice.


Sarah Warner, Business Support Administrator (Part-time)

Sarah has worked at Health Education England (Wessex) since late 2015 supporting the Research, Innovation and Improvement Team and now Workforce Transformation team, of which Quality Improvement sits.  Prior to this Sarah worked for the Hampshire Probation Trust for 18 years where she obtained numerous secretarial qualifications including her Executive Secretary’s Diploma.
