Health Education England (Wessex) and the Wessex Patient Safety Collaborative (part of Wessex AHSN) are pleased to announce that they will be jointly hosting the second CSIP Safety and Improvement Conference on 14 June 2017.

The conference will showcase and celebrate patient safety and quality improvement excellence in Wessex.
